Australian govt to support education programme in FATA

The Australian Government is set to support an education programme in Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) through the World Food Programme (WFP).

In this connection an event would be held here Wednesday entitled “Recognition of Australian Government support to education programme in FATA” by the Ministry of States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON), said a press release.

Lt. General Abdul Qadir Baloch (Rtd), Federal Minister of States and Frontier Regions, will be the chief guest for the occasion, while Australian High Commissioner and Acting Country Head United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) will be present on the occasion.
